INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 Java Jolt Blender Bomb
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • 1 shot espresso or 1 tbsp coffee grounds
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup milk or water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the above ingredients into your blender
