It’s called the OG for good reason.

The core ingredients in The OG Blender Bomb and all of the other flavors are SO BOMB for our gut health. Our microbiome thrives off of variety, fiber, and plant foods.

Nuts such as walnuts, almonds, and pecans contain the healthy omega 3 fatty acids that many of us are often deficient in. The high healthy fat content of these nuts are what really help make the blender bombs make us feel satisfied after.

The fiber in food travels through the body mostly undigested which is what makes it so good for the gut. By the time our microbiome gets a hold of the nuts and seeds found in blender bombs, the healthy bacteria is able to fuel itself.

Chia, flax, and hemp seeds are high in many vitamins and minerals that benefit our body and mind. Chia seeds are especially helpful in digestion and improving any issues we may be having getting things going if you know what we mean.

In our blender bombs, we use dates to help with both texture and taste. Dates are one of the plant foods that are highest in fiber and also bring a sweet caramel flavor. Plus, dates are high in natural sugars which means that the the sweet taste of Blender Bombs comes from a healthy plant source rather than tons of added sugars!
