  • 1 Glow Getter Blender Bomb
  • ⅓ cup frozen apple
  • ⅓ cup frozen mango
  • ⅓ cup frozen pineapple
  • ⅓ cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup water or nut milk


  1. Add all the above ingredients into your blender
  2. Blend on full blast for 60-90 seconds
