I bought this to replace another protein supplement that I've been using for about five years, through part of a well-known exercise program. While I liked the supplement it was climbing in price and I was getting concerned about all the extra ingredients in it I felt like I didn't need. I tried another alternative I read about in one of those articles that review supplements and still felt basically the same. Then I found this - exactly what I was looking for - pure protein supplement and no junk. It tastes great, blends great, and I got a great price on my first purchase. I'll buy this again.
